Bareways is a mobility startup from Lübeck (North of Hamburg, Germany). We develop highly customized routing and navigation services in a B2B licensing approach, with well-known carmakers being our first commercial customers.

Bareways was founded in 2019 by Sascha Klement and Moritz v. Grotthuss, both serial entrepreneurs with an automotive exit of gestigon to the French Valeo group in 2017. Today, the team has 16 employees, including 14 software engineers.

HQ of the company is Lübeck. We support hybrid work, but hard problems require a team effort and we don't believe in fully remote; so if you are not willing to live in Lübeck (or Hamburg, please do not apply).

Plus: You need to speak English fluently and some German (B2 or higher is mandatory) to integrate with the team and a number of our customers.
