Accountant, AI Operations
SpaceX was founded under the belief that a future where humanity is out exploring the stars is fundamentally more exciting than one where we are not. Today SpaceX is actively developing the technologies to make this possible, with the ultimate goal of enabling human life on Mars.

- Own accounts through outreach, dispute resolution, payment application, and reconciliation when required
- Protect the customer relationship while resolving the balance
- Own DSO, aging, and collection performance; be accountable for improving those results
- Keep the receivables ledger clean with cash applied, disputes documented, and every balance explainable
- Partner with the billing and revenue accounting to fix root-cause issues, credits, adjustments, and uncollected balances
- Deliver complete and accurate collections data on time for monthly and quarterly close
- Work across Campfire, Salesforce, NetSuite, Stripe, Databricks, D365, and support queues
- Use AI for repetitive work; review output before it reaches a customer or the books and incorporate what works into team operations
