Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead administrator for the JumpCloud Directory Platform, managing the complete user identity lifecycle (provisioning, de-provisioning, and attribute synchronization)
- Configure and enforce security policies across a heterogeneous fleet of endpoints (Windows, macOS, Linux), including Full Disk Encryption, OS patch management, and screen lock policies
- Architect and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations for enterprise SaaS applications and manage LDAP/RADIUS authentication for network access
- Implement strict Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) policies and conditional access rules to secure organizational resources
- Deploy, configure, and maintain the full Cisco Meraki stack, including MX Security Appliances, MS Switches, and MR Access Points
- Design and implement firewall rules, Layer 7 traffic shaping, Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS), and content filtering policies
- Manage secure Site-to-Site VPN connections and Client VPN access for remote workforce continuity
- Utilize the Meraki Dashboard for real-time network health monitoring, bandwidth analysis, and proactive troubleshooting of connectivity issues
- Manage the Google Workspace ecosystem (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet) to ensure optimal configuration and compliance
- Audit permissions for Shared Drives and implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP) rules to mitigate external data leakage risks
- Configure and validate email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and manage spam/phishing protection rules to ensure domain reputation and security
- Oversee Google Vault for data retention, legal holds, and eDiscovery requirements
- Deploy and manage the CrowdStrike Falcon agent across all corporate assets
- Monitor the security console for alerts, investigate potential threats, isolate compromised endpoints, and execute remediation procedures
- Continuously tune prevention policies to maximize security efficacy while maintaining user productivity
- Provide comprehensive L1 through L3 technical support for internal stakeholders, resolving hardware, software, and network incidents
- Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and software licenses; manage procurement lifecycles and vendor relationships
- Author and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the IT department
Ideal Candidate
- B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity
- 5–7 years of proven success in Network and Systems Administration
- Exceptional ability to bridge the gap between deep technical operations and non-technical stakeholder requirements
- Identity: JumpCloud Core or Advanced Administrator
- Cloud: Google Workspace Administrator Professional
- Networking: Cisco Meraki Solutions Specialist (500-220) or CCNA
- Security: CrowdStrike Certified Falcon Administrator (CCFA)
