Senior Associate - Treasury

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily cash management activities, Trade Products , Business Advances , Banking products , Insurance , Payment processing ensuring accurate forecasting and monitoring of cash flows
2. Assist in the development and implementation of treasury policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data and prepare reports for senior management
4. Support investment strategies and manage relationships with banking partners to optimize financing options
5. Maintain a cash position that meets the company's operational needs while maximizing interest income
6. Contribute to a reduction in financing costs through effective negotiation and management of banking agreements
7. Provide timely and accurate financial reports that inform strategic decision-making at the executive level
8. Enhance treasury operations by identifying areas for process improvement and implementing best practices

Ideal Candidate

1. Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy
2. Strong prior experience of 3 to 5 years in treasury operations
3. Proficiency in treasury management
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
