Senior Associate - Service (Warranty)

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee warranty claim operations end to end through parts in warding, component inspection and thorough documentation
2. Investigate warranty discrepancies to identify root causes and execute corrective measures promptly
3. Compile failure analysis reports and warranty trend insights to support strategic decisions
4. Optimise claims workflows and digital tracking systems continuously to boost operational efficiency
5. Deliver targeted training sessions to dealership and workshop personnel to ensure strict warranty policy adherence
6. Coordinate between authorised service centres, internal departments and engineering teams to streamline claim approvals
7. Audit parts consumption and maintain precise scrap and replacement logs in accordance with regulatory standards
8. Assess disputed claims impartially to resolve technical conflicts and minimise financial leakage
9. Track warranty costs and key performance indicators continuously to identify emerging component failure patterns

Ideal Candidate

1. BTech or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Automobile Engineering
2. 1 - 3 years of warranty management experience within the automotive or electric vehicle sector
3. Possesses hands-on proficiency in parts inspection, discrepancy resolution and inventory auditing
4. Demonstrates strong analytical competence in evaluating warranty metrics and compiling diagnostic reports
5. Exhibits proficient communication skills alongside sound working knowledge of warranty claim software and office productivity tools
