Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, and timelines
  2. Monitor program health, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and implementing mitigation plan
  3. Act as the primary liaison connecting the Marketing, Media, and Brand departments to ensure unified campaign execution.
  4. Facilitate and track project budgets of Marketing & Media.
  5. Deliver and track monthly Marketing & Media requirements for Static collaterals and digital videos [as per annual calendar]
  6. Ensure all Marketing systems projects are smooth and running. Marketing systems : Lead qualification, Marketing automations etc

Ideal Candidate:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 7+ years of experience in program management, specifically within a marketing or media environment.
  3. Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex projects into clear operational tasks.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  5. Agility: Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, capable of pivoting strategies quickly when market or business needs change.
