Key Responsibilities

  1. Influencer Strategy & Planning
  2. Define River’s influencer strategy across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn etc.)
  3. Identify the right type and mix of influencers based on objectives such as reach, consideration, launches, and city-level relevance
  4. Translate campaign goals into clear influencer KPIs (reach, views, engagement, CTR, leads etc.)
  5. Creator Identification & Management
  6. Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers across lifestyle, auto, and regional segments.
  7. Own influencer outreach, commercials, negotiations, contracts, and timelines
  8. Build a repeatable influencer pool in priority cities for sustained, hyperlocal presence
  9. Campaign Execution
  10. Create precise influencer briefs aligned to brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  11. Ensure timely execution, publishing, and adherence to deliverables
  12. Review content for brand accuracy and compliance (without over-indexing on creative direction)
  13. Measurement, Reporting & Optimization
  14. Track influencer performance across campaigns including reach, views, engagement, cost efficiency, and business metrics where applicable
  15. Build dashboards and monthly reports to evaluate Creator performance, platform-wise ROI and Cost per reach / view / engagement
  16. Identify underperforming vs high-performing creators and optimize spends accordingly
  17. Stakeholder Collaboration
  18. Work closely with Brand, Performance Marketing, Sales, and Regional teams to align influencer activity with city-level priorities
  19. Coordinate with agencies and platforms where required
  20. Ensure learnings from campaigns are fed back into future planning

Ideal Candidate

  1. 5 to 8 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing roles
  2. Strong understanding of influencer platforms, creator economics, and performance metrics
  3. Hands-on experience managing large volumes of influencers and multiple campaigns simultaneously
  4. Comfortable with numbers, dashboards, and performance reviews; not just content output
  5. Good negotiation skills and budget ownership experience
  6. Familiarity with regional creator ecosystems is a strong plus
