Key Responsibilities:

  1. You will be responsible for managing professional and personal scheduling for the Founders', including agendas, email, phone calls, and client management
  2. Co-ordinating complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to senior executives
  3. Maintain and refine internal processes that support high-ranking executives companywide, and coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflows
  4. Managing communication with employees by liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks
  5. Prioritizing inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements
  6. Completing a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organization, including: assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists; making travel arrangements.

Ideal Candidate:

  1. 2+ yrs of experience in the role of an executive support, managing C-level executives.
  2. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members.
  3. Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail
  4. High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including Board members, senior executives, staff, community leaders, donors, and funded partners
  5. Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
