Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a diverse team of service professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery in both Kerala and Tamil Nadu, Work location will be Trivandrum

- Successfully reduce service response times by 20% within the first year of employment through efficient team handling and process optimization
- Develop a high-performing team with a retention rate of over 85% by fostering a positive work environment and providing growth opportunities
- Implement at least three innovative customer engagement strategies that lead to an increase in customer retention by 15% year-over-year
