Location : Whitefield Bangalore(On-site - Work from Office only)

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be part the pilot team responsible for building battery and vehicle for River
• You will be responsible for following processes, work instructions and necessary quality inspection steps to ensure timely readiness of products
• You will be responsible for supporting hire and management of Technicians who will be assembling Rivers first ever product
• You will also be encouraged to suggest necessary changes in processes to make products easy to assemble. You will also be sharing your feedback wrt machines/ parts / processes to ensure ergonomics and efficiency.
• You will be Coordinating with other departments to ensure that equipment and materials are available for use by other departments as needed
• you will be Scheduling production runs or shifts to ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently
• You will be responsible for line balancing to optimize production line efficiency by monitoring productivity and quality
• Training and supervising new production line workers
• Maintaining a fully operational, safe, and tidy work environment.
• Creating and maintaining all relevant documents

• B.E/B. Tech - Mech/ Electrical / production Engineering
• Experience - Proven work experience as Production lead with relevant experience
