Role Description

We seek a foundational B2B enterprise marketing leader to join Revolv’s team as the first brand and marketing hire. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will help inspire and author the future of the Revolv brand, our marketing strategy, and customer narrative. Our team cares deeply about the role of marketing as a craft, and we see this hire as pivotal to our strategy and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive long-term quality growth through a creative and differentiated marketing and brand strategy
  • Craft a blank-slate marketing strategy to achieve business objectives by setting priority near-term marketing initiatives and channels
  • Select and manage vendor activities supporting branding, marketing, and communications
  • Establish and execute actionable monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plan OKRs
  • Analyze and measure effectiveness of marketing initiatives and investments tune future strategy
  • Develop lead generation by guiding the teams through engagement, educational content, and event management (webinars, trade shows, case studies)
  • Serve as the custodian of Revolv’s brand across diverse internal and external mediums and channels
  • Elevate Revolv’s visual brand identity by developing persuasive, consistent, and creative content
  • Redefine and rebuild Revolv’s digital presence/strategy through new website and other mediums
  • Guide and monitor the development of sales and marketing communication and brand collateral
  • Set priorities and achieve high ROI on industry events, tradeshows, and customer launch events
  • Serve as interim lead on all external PR and marketing communications
  • Support the team in building awareness of the importance of the brand while maintaining consistency, alignment, and effectiveness in all communications
  • Develop differentiated market and customer insights to effectively position Revolv’s UVP
  • Cultivate customer insights to uniquely position Revolv’s solutions & value proposition
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers to create unique insight-driven communications
  • Support the Customer Success team in the evaluation of relevant market segments and partnership opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years leading Marketing for a high growth B2B firm
  • Creative and strategic leader that can both ideate and execute
  • Thrilled to dive into a dynamic start-up environment and excited to build and develop an emerging brand
  • Track record of growing professionally within a quickly scaling business and dynamic market
  • Exceptional communication skills across all formats, superb writing and copyediting skills, and an unparalleled ability to simplify the complex
  • Self-starter who is details obsessed and annoyingly thorough
  • Proven project and program management skills, capable of driving multiple diverse projects simultaneously
  • Passion for strengthening corporate culture and building community within a diverse workplace
  • Adaptive thinker with demonstrated quantitative and qualitative decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of EV competitive landscape, trends, and customer frictions to adoption
  • Knowledgeable of digital marketing analytics and a curiosity and passion for data
  • Experience creating and managing an online presence across platforms
  • Experience engaging with the PR and media communities
  • Experience organizing and managing events
