Your mission:

As part of the Customer Success and Operations team, you will take care of the daily processes of parcel delivery with us. This includes direct contact with customers via e-mail, telephone and our live chat with the aim of offering excellent customer service. In addition, you will optimize our customer communication in projects and thus ensure even more transparency.

Your Tasks:

• You answer customer inquiries via e-mail, live chat and telephone in German and English
• You help customers with questions and problems and discuss possible solutions with them
• You are responsible for a unique customer experience
• You identify gaps and/or potential for optimization in our communication and help to close them

About you:

• You have just finished your studies and are looking for a job in a startup
• Ideally, you have gained initial experience in customer service and/or other customer-oriented professions
• You are a good listener, flexible and solution-oriented and have excellent communication skills
• You have good organizational and communication skills in German (C2) and English (B2), both written and spoken
• You have a hands-on mentality and enjoy working in a young and dynamic work environment
• You have a strong ability to work in a team
