As part of the Customer Success and Operations team, you will take care of the daily processes of parcel delivery with us. This includes direct contact with customers via e-mail, telephone and our live chat with the aim of offering excellent customer service. In addition, you will optimize our customer communication in projects and thus ensure even more transparency.
- You answer customer inquiries via e-mail, live chat and telephone in German and English
- You help customers with questions and problems and discuss possible solutions with them
- You are responsible for a unique customer experience
- You identify gaps and/or potential for optimization in our communication and help to close them
- Ideally, you have gained initial experience in customer service and/or other customer-oriented professions
- You have just finished your studies and are looking for a job in a startup
- You are a good listener, flexible and solution-oriented and have excellent communication skills
- You have good organizational and communication skills in German (C2) and English (B2), both written and spoken
- You have a hands-on mentality and enjoy working in a young and dynamic work environment
- You have a strong ability to work in a team
