This role is Remote - Onsite as needed.

Your Role:

Aperia Technologies is seeking a highly motivated, dynamic individual to join our Marketing and Customer Success team. This person will interact directly with our clients to exceed customer expectations with a knowledgeable, courteous, and professional manner, as well as execute tactical marketing initiatives and technical field support. Our customer success team excels in administrative roles, as well as problem solving and technical product support. The successful candidate will have an eagerness to learn, participate, and advance the success of the company.

Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Promote and close independent owner / operator inside sales opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze customer data generated from product installations.
  • Address inbound inquiries to the Customer Support Desk / Salesforce Case queue.
  • Technical product support.
  • Sales order entry.
  • Redirect general inquiries to appropriate department.
  • Audit / approve sales orders.
  • Determine required parts by customer application.
  • Maintain customer records in Salesforce.
  • Proper documentation of all customer interaction using Salesforce.
  • Escalate critical customer concerns immediately to the Customer Experience Manager.
  • Liaise with Operations to execute customer order requirements.
  • As required, on-site technical support installing Halo equipment and training customer.
  • As required, execute virtual training for customer base.
  • Support with outbound mailings.
  • Literature & asset management.
  • Supports trade show calendar, registrations, shipments.
  • Attend and participate in team meetings.
  • Assist team as required with special projects / requests.
  • Meets departmental metrics.
  • Strives for excellence.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years relevant experience
  • Proven performance with inside sales
  • Experience analyzing data and creating reports
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Experience using ERP applications
  • Technical aptitude
  • Proficient with MS Office products / G-Suite
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral
  • Logical problem solver
  • Hands-on and sales focused
  • Works independently and adapts to changing circumstances
  • Knowledge of the commercial vehicle market beneficial, but not required
