TurnSignl is hiring an entry-level Brand Marketing Associate to focus on planning, managing, and implementing various campaigns (social, online, email) to support marketing and sales teams. This Brand Marketing Associate will help create content and collateral, collaborate on new marketing campaigns, monitor consumer feedback, and communicate market/industry trends. The goal of this role is to ensure the TurnSignl brand is consistent and recognized across channels to drive consumer adoption and company growth.

The Brand Marketing Associate will work directly with our marketing and leadership teams in a collaborative, fast-paced, and exciting environment.

This is a full-time salaried position with occasional evening or weekend attendance expectations. We are eager to connect with applicants that are looking to join a mission-oriented company, especially those with a passion for social justice and community-building.

What You’ll Do

  • Expand our online presence through management of social media campaigns and related initiatives
  • Collaborate to build brand awareness by supporting events and partnership marketing efforts
  • Co-create a collateral inventory that you’re proud of, including various marketing assets, blog posts, case studies, topic-driven videos, etc.
  • Become operationally excellent: support the marketing ecosystem with tools and reporting that showcase completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities
  • Work with our Director of Marketing to successfully develop market share while you identify and achieve your own professional goals
  • Other responsibilities to support marketing and technology goals, as needed

Who You Are

  • A collaborator: you love to connect with people, learn from others, and build relationships
  • A risk-taker: you’re humble, positive, and self-motivated, so you’re always willing to take risks to accomplish your goals
  • A creative: you enjoy using your detail-oriented and deadline-focused mind to deliver clear, clever, and creative projects that are memorable
  • A communicator: you’re ready to independently execute with little supervision in a fast-paced environment, while being prepared to discuss what works, what doesn’t, and what more the team can provide you to help you succeed!
  • A lover of process: finding ways to simplify and organize your priorities comes naturally to you
  • A do-er: we’re not just here to talk about making change happen, we’re here to do the work!

What You Need

  • Exceptional communication and conversational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
  • Comfort with technology platforms: Google suite, social media, and project management software
  • Ability to travel (up to 20%) to Minneapolis-St. Paul area events
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business

TurnSignl will happily consider any other equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
