Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

The Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for managing existing Enterprise Retail customers and increasing the volume of their parcel shipments with Swyft. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the satisfaction of the clients in your portfolio by helping them with reporting and operations management. Additionally, you’ll work with your merchants and internal teams to increase their volume of shipments with Swyft. In your role, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Be the advocate of your clients to have a win-win relationship
  • Generate revenue by working closely with your customers and cross functionally across Swyft to deliver solutions that will allow customers to grow with our team
  • Market and roll out new Swyft services to clients in your portfolio so they're always up to speed on the best last mile solution in the market
  • Monitor Swyft’s operational performance across your client portfolio and work with the Operations team to improve performance and provide the best last mile experience for your customers
  • Meet with your clients on a regular basis to ensure customer satisfaction, discuss growth opportunities, and seek improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate cross functionally to ensure Swyft is building to the needs of your clients
  • Track your client performance and future growth opportunities in Salesforce

What you bring to the team:

  • At least three (3) years of experience as an Account Executive or account management with performance targets
  • Strong background/exposure to transportation/logistics
  • History of managing client relationships and growing revenue
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quota
  • Experience working at an enterprise; you have a strong understanding of their operational process
  • Organized and articulate
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to solve problems
  • You are an ambitious top performer
  • You are comfortable in a start-up environment, meaning you do well with constant change and ambitious goals

What your first 90 days looks like:

  • Established account plans for your assigned portfolio
  • Developed an effective relationship with key stakeholders of your Tier 1 accounts
  • Familiarized yourself with the Swyft customer onboarding process by supporting or leading the onboarding of at least 2 customers
  • Gain a deep understanding Swyft’s value proposition and how it impacts your clients
