Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

  • Coordination of daily operational activities (order intake, pickup, sortation, dispatching, delivery, and post-delivery investigation), reconciliation of deliveries, and merchant support
  • Manage daily ingestion of customer’s orders and coordinate with delivery partners to ensure smooth, successful operations through the promised delivery cycle
  • Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to daily operations with the Operations team and our external stakeholders
  • Assist in the improvement, development, and maintenance of operational process flows
  • Maintain excellent customer and partner relationships by handling inquiries and concerns with speed and accuracy
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain a minimum 96% OTD rate in all assigned markets
  • Prepare daily reconciliation and billing reports for customers on an individual basis
  • Additional responsibilities assigned, as needed

What you bring to the team:

  • At least 1 year of experience within sales operations, supply chain, or logistics; startup experience is a strong asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience maintaining relationships with external stakeholders
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
  • A willingness to support our stakeholders, including customers, merchants, partners, and team members, operating in the Mountain Time Zone (MT) and Pacific Time Zone (PT)
  • French language proficiency (written and oral) is considered a strong asset
