What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and fellow tech recruiters to build strategies and pipeline: source, assess, and close high caliber candidates in our product, data, and engineering team
  • Continuously build a solid talent pool of passive candidates and maintain those relationships as we scale
  • Improve existing recruiting processes and bring solid input into improving our current recruiting strategies
  • DEI is important to us, so working with recruiters and hiring managers to build and implement goals and plans for sourcing and recruiting candidates with a diverse backgrounds
  • We're an agile group. Asking you to switch gears from time to time will happen. Moving quick is key, especially recruiting in todays market.
  • Work on senior and manager level technical hires in product and engineering

The experience you’ll bring:

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience as a technical recruiter
  • Preferred experience as a recruiter or startup recruiter during a growth phase, not mandatory
  • Build the brand, recruitment marketing
  • This person must have extensive knowledge recruiting for engineers and product in the saas/fintech industry
  • Able to work extremely well independently with a high volume of requisitions with tight deadlines
  • Previous experience in Greenhouse highly preferred
  • DEI Recruiting and history of recruiting diverse talent in this market
