The company focuses on short-haul, business to business (B2B) logistics for the retail industry, enabling its customers to optimize their hub-and-spoke supply chain operations, enhance inventory pooling across multiple locations, reduce labor costs and meet the unprecedented demand for contactless delivery.

We are looking for an experienced Techincal Recruiter who will be responsible for building and executing the talent acquisition strategy and hiring a variety of roles and seniorities. In this high-impact role, you will also manage resources, optimize processes, and leverage technology to continue building a workforce that supports our mission.


  • Strategically plan and be responsible for pipeline of candidates and maintain their interest throughout the recruiting process
  • Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of quality candidates by driving innovative initiatives across branding, events, and employee referral channels
  • Scale and improve upon existing recruiting practices and processes; optimizing for speed and quality of engineering hires
  • Interview training and development
  • Build and manage relationships with top talent
  • Stay current with tech and autonomous vehicle industry news
  • Collaborate with HR leads to follow new programs and processes


  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience working with software engineering candidates and clients
  • 2+ years of in-house (corporate or start-up) recruiting experience
  • Experience working closely with engineering leadership
  • Track record of success in a competitive market and various industries
  • Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipeline
  • A strong network of potential hires
  • Extensive knowledge of talent and recruiting landscape
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical/data-oriented approach to handling your recruiting funnel and working with your hiring partners

  • Experience recruiting within the AV industry
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Prior experience supporting scaled career fairs, hiring events and university events
  • Relationships with research departments at top engineering graduate schools
