As a Recruitment Specialist ( Contract) you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing candidates for our Engineering and Product team at Zendrive’s Bangalore office . We are looking for someone who wants to make a big impact right away and is excited about working in a fast shifting startup environment. This is a direct contract with Zendrive. You will be part of the People & Culture team and reporting to the Head Talent Acquisition.
What you need to do :-
-Experience of 5+ years in hiring for engineering and product companies and startups
-Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets in an effective manner
-Manage all aspects of candidate administration such as maintaining and updating applicants and offer activity, job description creation, ensuring current positions are accurately posted in all recruiting systems and job boards
-Design and drive employee referral programs
-Responsible for planning and coordinating events, assessment and interviews for hiring candidates.
-Efficient in stakeholder management
-Utilize metrics to identify and implement process improvements
-Conduct analysis and report on key recruitment metrics to appropriate business leaders
What you should have :-
- 5 + years of prior experience in technical and product recruiting team in a software product organisation and start ups
- Familiar with high end recruiting and sourcing tools and hands on at sourcing passive candidates . Prior experience in managing niche hiring
-Must be able to interface with all levels of senior management. Proficiency in competency based interview experience is an advantage.
-Excellent business judgment and time management skills
-Should be able to independently work on critical open positionsGood spoken and written communication skills along with the ability to articulate effectively
