The Opportunity

JetZero is in growth mode. As the Procurement Lead, you will be responsible for strategic and tactical partnership activities to support the development of JetZero products and services. Using your industry knowledge, you will work with our finance, legal, engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams during contract negotiation and establishment of Master Services Agreements with our suppliers. This individual will have responsibility to ensure that parts and services can be sourced cost effectively and with the required quality controls in place.

• Execute a strategy for parts and services acquisition
• Develop strong, collaborative relationships with engineering teams to build procurement strategies that align with business requirements
• Manage and develop strong relationships and agreements with suppliers, dealing with any potential issues and concerns
• Conduct negotiations and ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of products and services from suppliers
• Prepare and manage Requests for Proposals/Quotes
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for project delivery methods, cost, and quality
• Ensure that suppliers operate in full compliance with JetZero’s policies for supplier conduct
• Develop and drive strategic goals while also completing tactical, working level tasks as required

Salary Range: $95,000 - $130,000
